The Journal of Research and Practice “Justice of Belarus” has been published since May 1998 representing the official edition of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus. Practicing lawyers and legal scholars speak on the pages of the journal on topical issues of legislation improvement, law enforcement and development of legal science.
The journal is intended for a wide circle of the legal community, mainly for specialists of the judicial establishment, courts, thus aiming at improving the legal culture of our society.
The journal is on the list of scientific publications recommended by the Higher Attestation Commission of the Republic of Belarus for publishing the results of dissertation researches
